Angie, Kohen and I are officially settling into our home and positions here in Gainesville. We bounced around a little bit since we’ve been here but now have an address to call home. It is:
2029 Strickland Dr.
Gainesville, GA 30501
As you probably already know, we spent a week in the woods with the new AIM interns. It was a really good way for us to start our time here and it allowed us to get a little bit of rest in the midst of a lot of transitions. It also provided us with our first family camping trip!! Kohen rocked it out at 6 wks old and loved being in the woods. He sprawled out in our tent and slept like a champ. There was only one night where he needed to hold my finger to get to sleep which I was more than willing to provide. I figured you might want a couple pictures 🙂
Here’s a pic of Kohen enjoying his Papa. It wasn’t until after I posted this picture that I noticed the tornado that blew through camp behind us 🙂 Evidently we had all just unpacked the food and put out clothes to dry!
Here’s a picture of Angie and Kohen making faces! I love how expressive his face is and how often he enjoys making faces at us. Anyway, more blogs are coming soon!

Prayer:
We would love your prayers and encouragement! Here are some areas that you can pray for:
-Increased depth of relationship within our family and with the girls we are mentoring in our house! (We will do a welcome blog with their names and stories at some point)
-Favor and strategy in developing a model that really provides our long term missionaries with an excellence of support and encouragement
-Discernment as we put together a team in the office that works well together and that is full of life!
-That Kohen’s legal papers and passport application will go smoothly and quickly. We’ve got a lot of unique hoops to jump through with him being a dual citizen and Angie working through the process of becoming a citizen still.
-That God would draw people to us to help encourage us through words, prayers, visits and/or finances. Any of these roles that you could fill would be a blessing. Likewise, pray that God would lead us to the people who need encouragement through us through our words, prayers, visits and/or finances!

Support:
For those of you who have considered and/or are praying about financially supporting us, we are currently under 40% of our financial support goal. We will live off of whatever the Lord provides and the more He gives us the more we can bless others with.
Love the smiles! Love all of you!
Welcome to GA! Another MI fan…not that it matters to me, but it does to Don! Good to have you 3 here…and thanks for stopping over the other day!
